JUNIOR SEA EAGLES ACADEMY

The Sea Eagles Academy is the premier junior development program of Wynnum Manly District Cricket Club, designed to accelerate the development of talented and committed young cricketers. The Academy provides players with access to high-quality coaching, advanced skill development and game-based learning in a challenging and supportive environment.

The program focuses on developing the complete cricketer through structured coaching in batting, bowling, fielding, wicketkeeping, tactical awareness and match scenarios. Sessions are delivered by experienced and accredited coaches who are passionate about helping players reach their full potential.

The Sea Eagles Academy aims to:

• Develop advanced cricket skills through high-quality coaching.

• Prepare players for representative cricket and higher levels of competition.

• Improve game awareness, decision making and tactical understanding.

• Build confidence, resilience, leadership and teamwork.

• Provide a clear pathway from junior club cricket to representative and senior cricket.
