The club offers half-season registration fees to support this arrangement.

Players may also have opportunities to represent their school sports regions (Metropolitan East, West, or North) in various age groups, including:

  • U12 primary boys and girls

  • U14 secondary boys

  • U15 secondary girls

  • U19 secondary boys

The Pathway to Senior and Grade Cricket with Wynnum Manly D.C.C

Wynnum Manly Junior Cricket is part of the Wynnum Manly District Cricket Club, which is one of the twelve Clubs with teams in the Queensland Premier Grade Cricket Competition. The Wynnum Manly District Cricket Club presently has a team in each of the six grades, and an U17 boys team playing in the Lord Taverners competition, an Under 16 boys team playing in the Brisbane Metro Cup (BMC), an Under 15 boys team playing in the SEY Cup, Over 40s and Over 50s teams, and teams in the Warehouse competition.

As Wynnum junior cricketers develop their cricketing skills, notch up some significant performances and grow in size and maturity, they are provided with opportunities to play senior cricket whilst they are still juniors and to train with the men. This greatly eases their way into senior cricket and it often helps to ensure that they continue to play cricket after leaving school.
